Vogue V8198 vintage sewing pattern, dated 2006, now out of print.

Below mid-knee length, slightly flared skirts have faced yokes, button closures and narrow hems. B: carriers and purchased ribbon belt.

Hip     36 38 40 inches / 92 97 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good condition, with a store stamp on the front.
