Vogue 9168 sewing pattern, dated 2016, now out of print.

MISSES' DRESS, BELT AND SLIP:

Pullover dress has loose-fitting, blouson, front pleated bodice, elasticized waist, and self-belt with carrier. Slip (close-fitting through bust) has shoulder straps. A, B: Bias, very narrow hem.

FABRICS: A: Georgette, Voile, Chiffon. B: Satin, Crepe de Chine.
