Vogue Basic Design 1271 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1980s. 

Men's Shirt.

Shirt has collar on band, back pleated into self-lined yoke with forward shoulder seams, front bands, pocket variations, shirttail hemline, full length sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs and placket. A and D: loose-fitting. B: buttoned collar. B and C: fitted. C: contrast collar. D: short, tucked sleeves. Purchased ties.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
