Vogue American Designer 1211 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1980s.

Calvin Klein - Misses' Blouse. Loose-fitting blouse has collar on band, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, concealed, buttoned closing, forward shoulder seams and full length sleeves with pleated cap and bias buttoned French cuffs. Narrow hem. B & C: tucked front. Contrast pleated neckband with loop. Purchased belt.
