Vogue 7868 vintage sewing pattern, circa 1970. 

Misses' Dress or Top and Pants.

High-fitted, A-line dress in above knee length or top with princess seaming has V-neckline and side wrap button closing. Contrast banding around neck and side front. Full or elbow length sleeves gathered into contrast band cuffs have gathered cap. Fit and flare pants are darted in foldover waistline.

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope has some wear and tear.
