Vogue 7574 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1980. 

Misses' Blouse.

Loose-fitting, pullover blouse has shoulder pads, round self or purchased contrast lace collar, back buttoned yoke, slightly extended shoulders and front and back outside tucks. Views A and B: full length sleeves with snapped narrow bias band at lower edge and shaped, turn-back or purchased lace cuffs. View C: above elbow length sleeves with narrow bias band at lower edge and button and bias loop closing. Note: on some sized, purchased collar may not meet at center back.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope is in very good vintage condition.
