Front buttoned shirt blouse in two lengths, has collar on band, and full length sleeves with one button cuffs. Shirt tail hemline. With or without patch pockets. With flaps and button trim.

Pattern is printed, cut and checked complete, with instructions, in good condition. Envelope is tatty, and split in 2.
