Style 4670 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1986.

Misses' Lined Jacket, Shirt & Lined Skirt:

Straight, loose-fitting below hip length jacket has shoulder pads and patch pockets. Loose shirt has dropped armhole seams, buttoned cuffs, low collar and front facing stitched down. Knee-length skirt is tucked at front into shaped three-quarter waistband with decorative buttoned tab at sides, and has center back hemline vent and pockets in side seams.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with an ink X mark on the front.
