Style 3968 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1975.

Misses' Set of Smock Tops:

Smock-top gathered onto yoke has sleeves gathered into slightly cut-in armholes. View 1, 2 and 3 have front slit opening. View 1 and 2 have collar and long sleeves have elastic thru wrist casing. View 1 has ribbon ties and pre gathered trim. View 2 has embroidered trim. View 3, 4 and 5 have short sleeves. View 3 has round neckline, ties and trim. View 4 and 5 have square neckline and trim.

Waist 26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
