Simplicity 9451 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1989.

Misses'/Miss Petite Dress in Two Lengths:

Dress with fitted bodice and full gathered skirt has dropped waistline seam and back zipper V. I, 3 and 4 have sleeves pleated to armhole. V. I, 2 and 4 with high-low hemline (above knee length in front) have faced skirt. (Skirt can be faced with fashion fabric or lining fabric.) V. 1 with bias bindings and sheer overbodice and V. 2 have strapless lined bodice and fabric bow. V. 3 with calf length skirt and V. 1 have long sleeves. V. 4 has above elbow length sleeves and fabric rosette.

Sizes 12 - 14 - 16:

Bust   87 - 92 - 97 cm / 34 - 36 - 38 inches

Waist 67 - 71 - 76 cm / 26 1/2 - 28 - 30 inches

Hip    92 - 97 - 102 cm / 36 - 38 - 40 inches

Pattern is uncut and factory folded, with instruction sheets. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with edge wear.
