Misses' Dress and Tie Belt:

The top-stitched dress with front band button closing has collar and collar band, yoke, long set-in sleeves gathered to button cuffs, pockets in side seams and tie belt. V. 1 has patch pockets.

Bust   38 inches / 97 cm

Waist 30 inches / 76 cm

Hip    40 inches / 102 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has some light shelf wear.
