Simplicity 9164 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1970. 

Misses' Dress in Two Lengths, and Scarf:

The dress with back zipper, midriff section, low round neckline and short raglan sleeves has elastic casing at neck and sleeve edges. V. 1 has daisy trim. V. 2 features embroidered braid or ribbon and looped braid trim. V. 5 has crochet type lace edging. V. 3 & 6 feature contrasting midriff with button and lacing trim, V. 4 & 5 have button trimmed contrasting midriff. V. 1, 2, 3 & 4 are mini length. V. 5 & 6 are maxi length. The Scarf is triangle shape.

Hip      34.5 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in excellent vintage condition.
