Simplicity 8986 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1970

Miss Petites' Jacket or Vest and Skirt:

The lined, collarless jacket or vest with princess seaming has front button closing, "V" shaped neckline and patch pockets with optional top-stitching. The jacket features long set-in sleeves. The skirt without waistband has side zipper, top-stitched pleats and button trim.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has some staining on the front.
