Misses' Two-Piece Dress and Tie Belt:

Skirt has elastic waistline casing. Top gathered to stand-up collar has front band button closing, raglan sleeves, tie belt and optional top-stitching. V. 1 has long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has pockets and short sleeves with turn-back cuffs. 

Size   14:

Bust   36 inches / 92 cm

Waist 28 inches / 71 cm

Hip    38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has some wear and spotting.
