Simplicity 8904 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1988.

Misses' Top, Pants, Skirt, and Unlined Flared Jacket:  

Top has long two-piece raglan sleeves, back loop, button closing, and shirt tail hem.  Pants and skirt have softly pleated front, back elastic casing, and pockets in side seams.  Very flared jacket has raglan sleeves, back pleat, and loop and button closure. 

Size  10:

Bust  32 1/2  inches / 83 cm

Waist 25 inches / 64 cm

Hip    34 1/2 inches / 87 cm

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
