Dress with optional elastic casing above normal waistline has self drawstrings thru ruffle casings tied at shoulders.

Size    SMALL 10 -12:

Bust   32.5 - 34 inches / 83 - 87 cm

Waist 25 - 26.5 inches / 64 - 67 cm

Hip    34.5 - 36 inches / 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
