Simplicity 8486 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1978. 

Front-Wrap Dress in Half Sizes ... A Time-Saver Stretch-Knit Pattern including Fuss-Free fitting instructions:

The top-stitched dress with skirt stitched to bodice at normal waistline has set-in sleeves and self tie belt. V. 1 has collar and long sleeves with button trimmed cuffs. Collarless V. 2 has short sleeves.

Bust   109 cm / 43 inches 

Waist 95 cm / 37.5 inches 

Hip    115 cm / 45.5 inches 

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has some wear and tear around the opening.
