Simplicity 8485 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1988.

Misses' Dress...Adjustable for Miss Petite:

Dress with pleated side pockets and above elbow length sleeves has back V-neckline, button closing and waistline seam. V. 1 sleeves have bands. V. 2 sleeves have pleated cap.

Bust   83 cm / 32.5 inches

Waist  64 cm / 25 inches

Hip      88 cm / 88 inches

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in excellent vintage condition.
