Misses' Easy-To-Sew Pants and Loose-Fitting Shirt:

Shirt, longer in back, has back pleated to yoke. extended shoulders, elbow length sleeves and purchased ribbed knit collar. Cropped pants have fly front zipper, triple elastic waist casings with buttoned loop and side seam pockets.

Bust    32.5 - 34 - 36 - 38 inches / 80 - 83 - 87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist  25 - 26.5 - 28 - 30 inches / 64 - 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hip     34.5 - 36 - 38 - 40 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition, with light paper tanning.
