Simplicity 7872 Womens Hats Beret Hood (sash missing) 1960s Vintage Sewing Pattern ONE SIZE

Simplicity 7872 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1968.    

Berets, Hood, Ascot or Sash:

The lined, top-stitched beret, V. 1 has two crown sections and self fabric bias band. The lined top-stitched beret V. 2 has eight crown sections, self fabric band cut on straight grain and optional top-stitching. V. 1 & 2 feature an ascot which may be worn as a sash. The lined hood V. 3 with slit in center back seam has front loop and button closing under chin.

ONE SIZE

Pattern is printed, cut and checked complete, EXCEPT FOR piece D, sash/ ascot, which is MISSING. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
