Simplicity 7773 vintage sewing pattern dated 1976. 

Maternity Pullover Dress or Top and Pants in Misses' Sizes and Babies T-Shirt (Babies T-Shirt Sized for Stretch Knits Only):

Top-stitched dress or top with long set-in sleeves has optional tie belt. Pants with elastic waistline casing have front stay.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded.  Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
