Simplicity 7545 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1976.

Misses' Halter Top and Back-Wrap Skirt:

Top-stitched top with gathers has peplum, bands and ties. Skirt has waistband and ties. 

Size:   MEDIUM (12 - 14) :

Bust   34 - 36 inches / 87 - 92 cm

Waist 26.5 - 28 inches / 67 - 71 cm

Hip    36 - 38 inches / 92 - 97 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
