Simplicity 7483 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1976.

Misses' Dress or Tunic and Pants:

Dress or tunic with elastic neck and waistline casings may be worn with or without tassel trimmed tie belt. Sleeveless dress V. 1 has neck ruffle. Dress or tunic V. 2 has below elbow length raglan sleeves with elastic casings. V. 2 pants have back zipper and elastic waistline casing.

Waist  25 inches / 64 cm

Hip     34.5 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
