Simplicity 7244 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1967. 

Misses' Step-in Pantdress In Two Lengths: 

The "step-in" pantdress with front band and button closing has collar, set-in sleeves, top-stitching and optional purchased belt. Regular length V. 1 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. Above knee-length V. 2 has short sleeves with turn back cuffs and top-stitched flap pockets.

Bust     32 inches / 81 cm

Waist   25 inches / 64 cm

Hip      34 inches / 87 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has some shelf wear and spotting.
