Simplicity 7098 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1985.

Misses' Skirts:

Top-stitched skirts with lined yoke have back zipper. V. 1 without waistband has front pleats. V. 2 with buttoned carriers and V. 3 with pleated front and back have waistband.

Size   10:

Waist 25 inches / 64 cm

Hip    34.5 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope has some spotting, light wear and a store stamp on the front.
