Simplicity 7049 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1975

Misses' Dress or Top and Pants:

The top-stitched dress or top gathered to inset has back zipper, front slit opening at high round neckline, collar, and short set-in sleeves with turn back cuffs gathered to armholes. The dress with pockets concealed in side seams may be worn with or without self tie belt. The pants with back zipper have elastic waistline casing.

Bust    34 inches / 87 cm

Waist  26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip     36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope in good vintage condition.
