Simplicity 7037 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1976. 

Misses' Dress or Jumper in Two Lengths or Top.

Dress or Jumper V.1 & 2 or Top V.3 with square neckline has back zipper, skirt gathered to bodice front above normal waistline, short flared set-in sleeves and self fabric tie ends. Ankle length V.1 with patch pockets has embroidered eyelet edging trim. V.2 is above knee length. V.3 Top features contrasting sleeves and patch pockets.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
