Simplicity 6753 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1975.

MISSES' TWO-PIECE DRESS OR TOP, SCARF AND PANTS... DESIGNER FASHION (TOP AND SCARF SIZED FOR STRETCH KNITS ONLY):

The flared skirt and the pants have back zipper and waistband. The top with back zipper and long set-in sleeves features matching scarf and optional top-stitching and purchased belt.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
