Simplicity 6689 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1966.

Misses' Jacket, Skirt and Slacks:

Slacks and A-line skirt have side zipper and waistband. Skirt has top-stitched, inverted, center front pleat. The double breasted, lined jacket with notched collar, flaps and long set-in sleeves has vent in center back seam and optional buttoned tabs, welt pockets and top-stitching trim.

Waist 26 inches / 66 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is unprinted tissue, checked complete, in good condition. Envelope has a large tear across the front cover.
