Simplicity 6388 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1984.

Misses' Pull-On Pants or Shorts and Pullover Top...  Sized For Stretch Knits Only: 

Top-stitched pants or shorts have side seam pockets and elastic waistline. Kimono sleeved top has front buttoned placket with twill tape, ribbed knit band and top-stitching. V1 has purchased rib knit collar. V2 has contrasting lower section and collar.

Size    SMALL 10 -12:

Bust   32.5 - 34 inches / 83 - 87 cm

Waist 25 - 26.5 inches / 64 - 67 cm

Hip    34.5 - 36 inches / 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
