Simplicity 6159 vintage sewing pattern dated 1973. 

Misses' Caftan in Two Lengths - Simple to Sew

The caftan in Views 1, 2 & 3 with high round neckline has back opening, long kimono type sleeves, self fabric tie belt and optional button trim. Short caftan in view 1 has contrasting bib and sleeve bands. Short caftan View 2 has embroidered braid or ribbon trim. Long caftan in view 3 has rick-rack trim.

Bust    34 - 36 inches / 87 - 92 cm

Waist  26.5 - 28 inches / 67 - 71 cm

Hip     36 - 38 inches / 92 - 97 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete.  Envelope is in good vintage condition.
