Simplicity 6142 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1982.

Four Chic Bears ... Transfer for Heart and Embroidery Included: The envelope contains patterns and instructions to make a panda, koala, teddy and a polar bear.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
