Simplicity 6020 vintage sewing pattern dated 1973. 

Simple-To-Sew Misses' Jiffy Knit Front-Wrap Blouse and Wide- Leg Pants and Skirt (Sized for Stretch Knits Only):

The front-wrap blouse has notched collar, long set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings and self fabric tie ends. The wide-leg pants and the skirt with back zipper have elastic waistline casing. The long skirt has center back slit.

Waist   32 inches / 81 cm

Hip       42 inches / 107 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has some shelf wear.
