Simplicity 5866 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated ca 1965.

Misses' one-piece dress:

The A line dress has collar and back zipper closing. V. 1 with a scalloped collar of contrasting fabric has short set-in sleeves. Sleeveless V. 2 has braid trim and ribbon bow. Sleeveless V 3 with contrasting collar has optional ribbon tie worn under collar.

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26 inches / 66 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is UNPRINTED and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some small tears around opening.
