Simplicity 5802 vintage sewing pattern dated 1973. 

Misses' Shirt and Ascot Tie:

The top-stitched shirt with forward shoulder seams has front band button closing, collar and band, long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs and slits in side seams. The shaped ascot tie has pointed ends.

Bust     40  inches / 102 cm

Waist   32 inches / 81 cm

Hip       42 inches / 107 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
