Misses' Pullover Dress ... Adjustable for Miss Petite.

Dress with skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline has square neckline, pockets in side seams, elbow length raglan sleeves with elastic casings at shoulder and lower edges, and tie belt. 

Sizes   10 - 12 - 14:

Bust    83 - 87 - 92 cm (32 1/2 - 34 - 36 inches )

Waist  64 - 67 - 71 cm (25 - 26 1/2 - 28  inches)

Hip      87 - 92 - 97 cm (34 1/2 - 36 - 38 inches).

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
