Simplicity 7668 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1968.

Child's One-Piece Dress with Detachable Collar - Transfer for Smocking Included:

The full dress gathers to a yoke styled with a high round neckline and back button closing. V. 1 dress has gathers below the yoke and patch pockets. The contrasting collar is detachable and trimmed with lace edging. V. 1 & 2 long sleeves are gathered by elastic casings, forming self-ruffles. Sleeves are also trimmed with lace edging. V. 2 & 3 feature smocking just below the yoke and lace trim at neck edge. V. 3 is sleeveless.

Pattern is unprinted checked complete, instructions included. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition. Smocking transfer sheets included.
