Simplicity 5490 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1964.

Misses' One-Piece Dress and Slip:

Dress features a square neckline with darts and back zipper closing. V. 1 may be made in all over lace. Long sleeves gathered to cuffs. Heavy lace edging tri. V.s 2, 3 are sleeveless. V. 2 may be made in banded lace and lined fabric cut lengthwise. V. 3 fabric consists of alternating bands of lace and embroidered fabric bands cut crosswise. Special instructions for cutting 35", 36" fabric.

Bust   32 inches / 81 cm

Waist 25 inches / 64 cm

Hip    34 inches / 86 cm

Pattern is UNPRINTED, checked complete. Envelope has light shelf wear, paper tanning, store stamp on the front.
