Simplicity 5426 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1972.

Misses' Set of Shirt-Blouses and Pullover Top - Pullover Top Sized for Stretch Knits Only: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart ... "Hot-To Work with Sheers").

The pullover top has neck and armhole edges encased in fold over braid which extends to form shoulder straps. The shirt-blouse with front button closing has shirt type collar, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and optional purchased belt. V. 1 has pointed collar. V. 2 has rounded collar.

Waist 26 1/2 inches / 

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Tissue lesson sheet is included. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
