Simplicity 5421 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1972.

Maternity Smock-Top and Pants in Two Lengths in Misses' Sizes:

The maternity smock top gathered to lined yoke has low round neckline and front button closing. Smock-top V. 1 & 2 has contrasting yoke and short, set-in ruffled sleeves. V. 1 has rick-rack trim. V. 3 & 4 are sleeveless. Long pants V. 1 & 3 and short pants V. 2 & 4 have adjustable elastic waistline casing.

Waist  25 inches / 64 cm

Hip     34.5 inches / 88 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope has handwriting on the front, tears around opening with flap removed.

Waist 26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip     36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition, with a small corner tear at opening.
