Simplicity 4571 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1954.

Maternity Three-Piece Suit in Misses' Sizes:

Slim skirt is cut in four sections with a shaped opening and adjustable waistband. Top has three-quarter length set-in sleeves and welt pocket on lower fronts. Sleeveless jacket features welt pockets on lower fronts and tabs at back sewn into side seams.

Bust   36 inches / 92 cm

Waist 30 inches / 76 cm

Hip    39 inches / 99 cm

Pattern is UNPRINTED, unused and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with some small cover tears.
