Easy-fitting shirt with or without collar has extended shoulders, collar band, front button or snap closing and long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs; view D and E have buttoned yokes and have front pockets; view A features optional decorative piping detail.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good condition, with a store stamp on the front.
