Buttoned blouse gathered into yoke with forward shoulder line has buttoned, shirt-type collar and shaped lower edge. Long sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs; buttoned tabs for short, turned up sleeves are optional. Purchased belt is optional.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
