McCall's 5991 sewing pattern dated 1992.

Misses' and Men's Vests:

Oversized front buttoned vests with contrast variations and slightly forward shoulder seams have back and optional back ties cut of lining fabric; view A with flaps and optional jewel trim and B with pockets concealed in lower front seaming are lined; view C with asymmetrical seaming has welts.

Sizes XL:

Bust / Chest: 44 - 46 inches/ 107 - 117 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
