McCall's 5340 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991.

Children's and Girls' Dress and Jumpsuit in Two Lengths:

Dress and jumpsuit in two lengths have front V-neck with or without collar. Sleeve and collar variations. Gathered full four gored skirt A, B; pants with barrel cuffs C, D, E; contrast variation E; purchased trim.

Size 4 - 5 - 6

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with light shelf wear.
