McCall's 5189 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991.

MEN'S SHIRT, TOP AND PANTS OR SHORTS TOP FOR STRETCH KNITS ONLY:

Men's front buttoned shirt has back yoke with forward shoulder seams, front patch pocket and long or short sleeves; pullover top with ribbed knit neckband and cuffs; pants or shorts with front zipper closure, elastic at waist; with and without patch pockets.

Size    40:

Chest 40 inches / 102 cm

Waist 34 inches / 87 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
