McCall's 4659 sewing pattern, dated 2004, now out of print.

Misses Tops and Flower:

Close fitting tops with front darts, lower asymmetrical flounce, V neckline; top A has purchased applique, lace trim on flounce; tops B, C, have flower; top C has elastic shirring on front and back; top D has collar; top E has flutter sleeves with ribbon bow trim.

Sizes  12 - 14 - 16 -18:

Bust   34 - 36 - 38 - 40 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Waist 26.5 - 28 - 30 - 32 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 - 81 cm

Hip    36 - 38 - 40 - 42 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 - 107 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good condition.
