McCall's 4286 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1974

Child's Dress, Apron and Bonnet.

High waisted, back zippered dress has collar and puffed sleeves. A: with lower sleeves sewn to upper sleeves has ribbon trim, ruffling and ribbon tie belt. B: has rick rack, ruffling, purchased appliques and elastic in sleeve casings. Apron with suspender straps, rick rack and ruffling may have purchased appliques. Bonnet with ribbon trim has elasticized back.

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
