McCall's 3991 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1974

Childs' Dress or Top:

Yoked dress or top has back zipper and puffed sleeves. A have elastic in wrist casings. Top B has ruffling. Dress C has collar and button trim.

Size    2

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
