Kate Marchbanks Smocked Cloche Hat pattern with instructions for making hat, including smocking directions with step by step pictured diagrams.
No pattern pieces are included. The directions give the dimensions of the fabric needed to make the hat, along with a picture for cutting instructions.

Leaflet and instruction sheet are in very good vintage condition.
